Fit Kids Camp all about?
Fit Kids Camp has
been designed with kids in mind! It is fun fitness just for
kids!
Our program has been carefully created with
age appropriate activities that help foster a love of fitness and exercise
in children.
Why Fit Kids Camp?
We created the Fit Kids Camp because kids are not getting enough quality exercise.
There
is a growing epidemic of poor health and obesity in Australia.
We believe that it is vitally important for fitness to
become a fun and regular part of a child's life at a very young age.
Doing this will give immediate health benefits to a child as
well as establishing a lifestyle that can carry over with them into
adulthood.
As children have fun learning new physical activities,
skills and sports fundamentals they can become more confident and develop
a desire to join in.
Active, healthy children are more likely to become active, healthy adults.
What Sports and Fitness Activities will my Child be doing?
Your child will be introduced
to an endless variety of creative fitness games, physical activities and sports
fundamentals all disguised as FUN, such as:

Do
Parents Need to Stay and Watch?
No. You
are welcome to stay and watch but many parents choose to either, have a coffee
or bite to eat at a cafe, or take the opportunity to run some errands. Most
parents do not watch.
Each Camp is run by our team of qualified
trainers and assistants. All of our trainers have their Certificate IV in Fitness as well as being First Aid qualified.
